PGSCAN is an initiative by IIM grads who have faced the struggles as tenants in finding the right house with a good owner when we move to a new city. We have started PGSCAN with an aim to ease House/Pg hunt of individuals and help them not to fall prey to misleading ads, false promises and fraudulent practices of rental platforms, Agents and Brokers so that they can enjoy their stay without the worry of deposit issues ,unplanned exits and other unexciting exit adventures.

We provide details through which you can just check can pay the token amounts and relax.As we provide complete overview of house with a Virtual tour,Society environment checks and their imaginative rules,rent charged (actually what you pay not the online wala),advance amount return issues,total financials incurred,living conditions,issues of property,contract details,owner/manager behaviour etc.. of houses,PG’s,Co-live spaces,rent spaces.

All the feedback that we provide are from the tenants and are verified through our partner visits to the house/pg.
